1. The copper soft connection assembly must wear gloves to prevent handprints and stains on the surface.
2. The fasteners for copper soft connection are galvanized bolts/screws, nuts and washers that meet national standards.
3. The length of the combination screw should consider that the screw fastener can expose 2 ~ 5mm outside the nut, and the length of the hexagon head bolt/half round head square neck bolt should consider that the screw fastener can expose 5 ~ 8mm outside the nut after the bolt fastener, and should not be too long or too short.
4, the direction of bolt penetration is generally from bottom to top, from back to front, from left to right, as far as possible to achieve unity. When the copper soft connection is placed horizontally, the bolts and nuts used for the connection should be tightened from bottom to top. In other cases, the nuts should be installed on the side for easy maintenance.
5, copper soft connection bolts on both sides should have flat washers, nut side to add spring washers or lock washers. The adjacent bolt washer should have a clear distance of more than 3mm to prevent the magnetic circuit from heating.
6, under normal circumstances, it is not suitable for three copper rows in one place, according to the specific design and process document requirements.
7, the contact surface of the copper soft connection should be tightly connected, the connection bolt should be tightened with a torque wrench and marked, and the connection combination screw should be tightened with a torque batch and marked, and the tightening torque value should comply with the "thread fastening process specification".
8, the installation of copper soft connection should be smooth and beautiful, and the installation of copper bar: horizontal section: the height error of the two support points is not more than 3mm, the total length is not more than 10mm. Vertical section: the vertical error of the two support points is not more than 2mm, and the total length is not more than 5mm. Spacing: The spacing of parallel parts should be uniform, and the error is not more than 5mm.
9. When more than two rectangular copper bars are connected in parallel, the gap between the parallel copper bars shall be not less than the thickness for heat dissipation.
